These terms apply to orders placed in the Kulttijuliste online store. By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Products and prices

We sell posters. The standard size is a maxi poster, 61.5 × 91.5 cm (landscape posters 91.5 × 61.5 cm), printed on 150–220 g/m² poster paper. A frame is not included.

All prices are in euros and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices. The price valid at the time of ordering applies to your order.

We aim to keep product details and images as accurate as possible. Colours may nevertheless differ slightly from the actual product depending on your screen settings.

3. Ordering and formation of contract

Orders are placed through the shopping cart. You will receive an order confirmation by email. A binding contract of sale is formed when we have sent the order confirmation.

If a product is out of stock or the order contains an obvious pricing or typographical error, we have the right to cancel the order. We will notify you without delay and refund any amount already paid in full.

4. Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by a secure payment provider; we do not handle or store your card details.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are described in our separate shipping policy.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumer customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The terms are described in our separate refund policy.

7. Intellectual property

The posters we sell are officially licensed products intended for private use. Commercial resale or reproduction of the products is not permitted.

The content, images and texts of this online store are the property of Kulttijuliste or its licensors.

8. Limitation of liability

We are liable for our products in accordance with Finnish consumer protection law. We are not liable for indirect damages to the extent permitted by law.

9. Dispute resolution

We aim to resolve any disagreement directly with you. If no agreement is reached, you may refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Advisory Service (kkv.fi) or the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi).

Finnish law applies to the contract.

10. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to change these terms. The terms in force at the time of ordering apply to your order.
