Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumer customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Finnish consumer protection law. The period starts on the day you receive your order.

How to cancel an order

Notify us by email at janipoysa1@gmail.com before the 14-day period ends. Include your order number and the items you wish to return. We will send you return instructions.

Condition of returned items

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Posters must be returned in a protective tube or equivalent packaging so they are not damaged in transit. We cannot refund an item that has been folded, mounted on a wall or otherwise damaged in handling.

Return shipping costs

The customer pays return postage, unless the item is faulty, incorrect or was damaged in transit. In those cases we cover the return costs.

Refunds

We refund the amount you paid, including the cost of the cheapest delivery method we offer, within 14 days of receiving your return or proof that it has been sent. The refund is issued to the same payment method used for the order.

Faulty and damaged items

If an item is faulty, incorrect or damaged, contact us as soon as possible and attach a photo. We will send a replacement or refund the purchase price. Your statutory rights regarding the seller's liability for defects always apply.
