Shipping costs
- Finland: €9.95 — free shipping on orders of €99.95 or more
- International: €17.00
In addition to Finland, we ship to: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and United States.
Delivery time
We process and pack your order within 1–3 business days. After that, Posti's delivery time within Finland is 3–5 business days. Total delivery time within Finland is therefore typically 4–8 business days.
For international orders delivery time varies by destination, typically 1–3 weeks.
Delivery times are estimates. During busy periods such as the Christmas season delivery may take longer. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or other carriers.
Packaging
Posters are shipped rolled in a protective tube so they do not crease in transit.
Tracking
You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. The message includes a tracking number if the selected delivery method offers tracking.
Damaged shipments
If your parcel is damaged in transit, contact janipoysa1@gmail.com and attach a photo of the packaging and the product. We will sort it out.
Incorrect address
Please check your delivery address carefully before confirming your order. We are not responsible for shipments that fail to arrive because of an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a shipment is returned to us, we can resend it for a new delivery charge.
